Perfumed Bath Shower Gel upto nine free! (Pay P+P)

Just e-mailed them too about this matter saying i only agreed to pay £4.10 and i hope i havent been charged anymore. Waiting for a reply now, whats the guess in how long it takes with it now being a bank holiday weekend? if at all that is, they must be fed up by now with the amount of e-mails they have got, probably only normally get 1/2 dozen a week

btw what other place takes 14 days to send items and 14 days to dispatched them?

Are their warehouses located in France?

good point they could of contacted us to tell us all within the first few days if it had not, all this bullsh*t after 15 days or so ..then we get the story that they was on special that weekend. they are covering up a hugh mistake they cant deal with,

they probley will lose a considerable amount of money if they shipped us all the 9 gels each but ............. on the other hand there lies and dishearted customers will down there trade (words are powerful things) and they will lose respect over the net for this action.

no offense, but do any of you actually have the paper leaflets that tell you you're entitled to free shower gel? or are you all new customers? if you've never ordered from them before and haven't been invited to order a free shower gel, you don't know if the offer was just for the weekend or not. okay they should have put it on the website maybe, or a note saying the first one was free and any subsequent ones will be charged at full price, but perhaps all this was explained on the leaflets they mailed out to their customers?

When i buy from woolies online, or any other shop online i dont need paper leaflets!!

But in there email for confirmation it stated that the items were free. Fair enough if site was hacked, which I think thats dubious claims, but they should notify us prior to shipping. If they charge me more I certainly make a hell of a lot of noise.

you dont get paper leaflets to shop on line on this offer it was an offer on there internet site if it was on offer in a leaflet etc i wouldnt of payed by c,c and wouldnt have a headache now.

Still can't get through. Sent 3 emails so hopefully they'll answer one of them. I've tried the 0208 number at least 30 times and the 0870 three times. Will keep trying til they close at 7.

I DON'T BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!!!! (sorry for turning into Victor Meldrew) i have had a reply already, the details of my order are:-
1 moisturising hand cream
1 bath/shower gel
1 lys edt pur desir 30ml
1 edp 30ml bottle ming SH

total = £4.10

well in, the last 2 must be the surprise gift i ordered, at least i haven't been charged for 9 shower gels. also got the apologies, blah, blah, blah
