I'm with the person who said about contacting watchdog, at least yves rocher are not sending us 9 shower gels and charging us for 8, but still in my eyes this is breach of contract. It says on the confirmation e-mails what we have ordered and for how much, so i think this should be legally binding.

I agree. We have all received confirmation of orders - all showing 9 free shower gels. I thought once payment was taken this was them accepting the "contract" to supply the goods. If they are only supplying one gel instead of the 9 or as some others have had happen, charging for the remainder then I would say the are breachign the contract.

If it is only one per person then surely they should be contacting everybody to offer them the chance to cancel their order or pay for the extra before taking our money and entering into a contract to supply us with our goods.

I agree with the others - we should contact Watchdog. After all we only want what we ordered - and they confirmed they would supply us with.

I have just checked my bank statement - only £4.00 taken out thank goodness.
I also have email conformation stating 9 shower gels.
I will wait and see what turns up!

I've just signed on and they sent me an email at 7.45 this morning so they're obviously working. Had to send my phone number so they could phone me and sort this out. Hopefully they'll call this morning.
    If I had known then what I know now . . .

I've only contacted them for the first time last night so this is the first correspondence I've had with them.
