Perfumed Bath Shower Gel upto nine free! (Pay P+P)

Those of you who hadn't had any money taken out check now. I just checked mine and less has been taken out. Ok its only by 4p but its still 4p I've saved

Just checked my bank, and they have indeed taken just £4.10 per order (mine and Hubby's) thankfully!! Still not had a reply to the email I sent last fri, asking for a confirmation on how much they were taking and exactly what they were despatching, so before I checked the bank(stupidly!!) I sent them it again with a snotty note on top, saying what terrible cust service they had, and that I was getting the police involved should there be more taken than agreed by our order confirmations. Should have checked the bank first!! but then, they should have replied straight back. ignorant sods!! Never Again!!!!! :mad:
Products better be good, if and when they decide to show

The goods should be coming on Tuesday need to look out for them come in a small white box. My goods was rather nice if you into perfurme so I gave these to my mums birthday!. Still been checking my online banking so far they not charge my order dona why but I am happy with them!!!!!.

Thats not what we were old on the opening post and nor was it what we were told on their site! They confirmed their orders to everyone saying they were getting free shower gels. If it was a special weekend why did they confirm. Something really funny going on here and its not right.

Whilst some will accept what they get and what yves rocher tell them, others will not and see it to the end, and settle for nothing less than the order they placed! I am one of the later!

I did complain about where was the one day special promotion as stated on my order summary on their site so far they have fail to answer this question and about the nine gels on offer I am still waiting for a reply on this behalf.

Its the same reason why companies and shareholders make money and the rest of us stay consumers. We are always so ripped off because people let it happen!!

My last e-mail sent on friday -
I am e-mailing you, once again, to say how utterly disgusted i am with your services, i placed an order on the 15th May 2005 please see attachment for YOUR order confirmation E-mail.
I have had numerous e-mails off you as well as phone calls and you all say something different, i wish if your company felt they had to lie to its customers so as not to fulfill the orders they would all use the same excuse. So far i have been told the following

1. Order not sent cause you waiting for shower gels!

2. Order not sent cause free gift i chose was out of stock, even though the free gift that was out of stock was not the one i ordered!!!!

And finally now you have said it has not been sent because my order did not come to £25 therefore the £10 discount voucher could not be used, this is total crap please once again look at attachment sent with this E-mail.

Like i said i am disgusted at the way i have been treated by yourselves, and hope after this last and final attempt to resolve this matter you will despatch my order immediately!!!



Dont suppose i will ever get a reply, but will keep on till they do!!
