    That was the same lady I dealt with and ended up getting all my order (plus a free perfume) all free.

    GOOD NEWS THIS LETTER MAIL WORK 100% thank you very much for posting this. I have copied your emil and got the same type of answer.
    Contact them to day you need to put into the subject "Kara Richardson / Customer Care Coordinator" You also need to enclosed your orignal copy of the orders you have. I copy all my three orders into Microsoft Word doc.
    I now getting all of my three orders and three lots of 9 gels yippy!!!!!!!!!!.

    Well my package arrived this morning, I actually made 2 orders but they have taken it upon themselves to put in 2 items from 1st order and 2 items from 2nd, completely leaving out a few items I really wanted, received 1 shower gel which i'm pleased to say was free but i'm not a happy bunny:mad:

    This is what I had-ish so I email them back today. You need to email them to Kara Richardson she answer very quick this time round...... ;)
