Although I'm not happy about only recieving the 1 shower gel ( I think that is what it is going to be) I don't have the energy to battle with the company. Although I am quiet happy to support it if it went to watchdog and forward them my confirmation email.

I can confirm that your order was despatched on the 25th of May and charged at £4.10
On checking your order confirmation I note that you had infact opted to received 9 free shower gels.
This offer was intended to be limited to one free shower gel per customer. Due to a programming error the possibility of choosing to have more than one free product was offered.
We have identified our mistake and will forthwith forward you the 8 shower gels that were missing from you order.
Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvienience caused by this incident.

Could you please explain further how the offer was limited to one per customer
only when the drop down box on the purchase page allowed up to nine at no
charge?
If this was a fault on your web page I feel you are duty bound to honour the
original agreement which as I see it on my receipt, means I should get nine
shower gels free of charge.
Are Yves Rocher looking for bad publicity from this little episode, because they
will surely receive it on the evidence of customer care!

I have also e-mailed them again with words to the same effect as jtcg, hope i get the same response, could do with all the shower gel for the mucky kids, should last the summer through!!! let you know my reply from them.

That was the same lady I dealt with and ended up getting all my order (plus a free perfume) all free.If I had known then what I know now . . .
