Had the phone call and basically told them to stick the order as far as it would go, they could come and get!! I will have to phone you back :mad:
But she did phone back and told me no money would be taken and to keep the order for my inconvenience and as a "SORRY" from them!

Hope i hate the stuff cause would never order off them again, but must say the free smelly bath stuff smells rather nice

Yes - for those that had confirmation of 9, e-mail them and they will send you the rest!!

i will have to wait till friday to email them as my conformation emails are on my pc and im using boyfriends.. so i will send email and also see what they have sent me as it should be there when i get home.. will be interesting

Stick to your guns folks - I read this thread again this morning after being off all weekend and having read how others have received only one shower gel I sent them am email querying how many shower gels have actually being despatched to me. As per other peoples experiences they had only sent one but have now confirmed that they will be sending another 8 to complete my order in a separate parcel - again citing a programming error.

brilliant, i have just used a similar email to ask where the other 8 shower gels were and i have just had a reply that the other 8 are now being despatched.

Looks like most of us having the free gels now looking forward yet again when them come could sell them at car booty for fiva each be quick to email them might start to say out of stock......!!!!!!!!!!. :rotfl: :beer:

yes -I was emailing 'enquiries.yruk@yrnet.com' as well and have got a reply within about 2 hours when emailing them before so you might want to try sending it again. I was emailing a lady called Beatrice initially but the confirmation that I would receive a further 8 shower gels came from Marianna.
