Made 2 orders on the 15th May-heard nothing so I have emailed them using the Kara email. Cross fingers. What do you think my chances are? I still had the 2 emails of confirmation and I showed that in the email I sent.

You will get a email of her...... (I hope you copy and past your oders) re-email the same letter next day untill you get a reply.

Here's my update: £4.10 taken from my account today. No parcel. Have now emailed Karen Richardson saying I am angry that only one shower gel has been despatched to me. (I phoned last week and the girl confirmed what was in my order)! Have asked them to explain why an option was on their website when they clearly haven't honoured it!! Will let you know the outcome.

I too have received the same e-mail stating i will get the 8 other shower gels, that's if they actually send them, how long will these take to come if the normal order was 7-10 days?

Woohoo - I bombarded them with emails and finally got this.......

......This offer was intended to be limited to one free shower gel per customer. Due to a programming error the possibility of choosing more than one free product was offered.

We have identified our mistake and will forthwith despatch the further 16 shower gels under separate cover.

Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvienience caused by this incident.

I had money taken out on 28th May. Still not arrived. How long have others had to wait after they took money out? If the nine shower gels are not there I'd like to know why this order took so long. This must be the longest order i have ever waited for and they had the cheek to send me an email today with latest offers. Yeah, like I will be buying from them again!
