I would if I were you, it seems that quite a few of us who have emailed, complaining, have been sent the same email back saying about the error on their system allowing us to choose 9 instead of 1 free shower gel, but they will send the remaining 8 on to us.
Give it a go, you got nowt to lose!!

Yes, I have same prob, they took the money out yesterday, and yet I still have no order. God knows how long it'l take them to send the extra shower gels they owe me. Don't care so long as I get them. I will carry on midering them with Emails until I do. They are/have most definately taken the p***!!
I too had the email (twice, one for me and one for hubby!!) offering the 55 % discount on suncare. it'l be christmas by the time we got them, if anyone ordered any!! :rotfl:

they took money out of my bank account too a few days ago no parcels yet and they said in an email today they would refund me £13 odd that they over charged on my orders to which ive just checked my bank again and they havent even bothered to do. and no i totally agree i wont be dealing with this company again after ether.

looks like im having to email them again after most haunted of course :eek:

has anyone else been told that they can keep their order with only 1 bath gel in and get a full refund for the whole order?

Also has anyone been offered the above and still got the extra 8 bottles that others have been given?

I was offered the first option and and then realised that they were infact hounouring it, so i have e-mailed asking them to forward the remaining bottles as they have done for other friends. it was worth a go.

I have, dont think they will send me the extra eight, but worth ago since it has cost me a fortune in phone calls to them!

Queston 1 - don't know - why I rather have the gels....
Queston 2 - again don't know
Queston 3 - I would email think about it sell them at car boot sale 9 x £7 each = £63 bargin!. Again depends what you order so you might have to pay the hole order to get your nine (eight) gels.

I am trying to decide wether to pay for my orders (3x£4.10) and get the free gels or to have my orders free of charge with only one bath gel? I will sleep on it, you never know they may sent me the remaining eight free and redem themselves.

I haven't had a reply yet to my email and I'm not sure if money has been taken out of my account (must check today). Cross fingers it will be good news. Glad the bubble bath smells nice-I have bought quite a bit from them in the past and I like their products.
