This offer was intended to be limited to one free shower gel per customer. Due to a programming error the possibility of choosing to have more than one free product was offered.

We have identified our mistake and will forthwith forward you the 8 shower gels that were missing from each of the two orders that were despatched. If you wish me to despatched the third order, as confirmed on your order confirmation please let me know by answering this email"

I made 2 totally seperate orders at the start of all this one in my name and one in my GF's name my order came yesterday and the GF's order came today with 3/4's of it missing!

yup I emailed them yesterday when I got that one and got the "I see you opted to receive 9 of the shower gels" std email that everyones being getting.

just sent an email about this farce so we shall see!!!

One things for sure theyre sending out these emails to everyone theyre giving it to us in Black and white so they have got to honour the deals.....

Are they? i still haven't recieved anything about a mistake on their part, have sent many emails and recieved the goods.

Yep! Ordered on 16 May. Mind you, postmen are few and far between around here.

I ordered on the 15th aswell. I am still waiting!!! :mad:

They said 7-10 days so I will have to wait this out I suppose. I had already sent snotty emails re: better not be charging me extra and what exactly had been despatched, and rec'vd email back, as others have, saying they will send other shower gels on to me.
God only knows when I will get my original order, never mind the extra shower gels!!
