I guess I am just a little more patient than some, you too probably. I just think that those sending several emails in a week are being a little excessive.

I've Emailed this company over 7 times this week Think what you damn well like Seven ive waited since 15th may for my parcels and they even own me money now so guess what .........yep im emailing them till they answer and if thats a little bit excessive as you put it to "charlotte3" then so be it but i will Fight till i get my money or my parcels back, even if it means flooding them daily with Emails for attention i will and i can

Every time I have sent them an email using their website form I have had a response well within the space of 1 day...usually within 4-5 hours. I personally can't fault their customer service so far and as long as I get my orders I won't have a problem ordering from them again in the future.

I emailed them again yesterday asking what are they sending me and at what cost. I got a bog standard email telling me that the items been despatched, my order number is blah blah blah and thats it, none of my questions answered.

No need to be rude poppit,

All I am suggesting is that if everyone sent them 10 emails, it's going to take them 10 times as long to read them, therefore holding them up. Seems to me they are very busy at the moment, as I have shopped with them for around 10 years and never had any problems with them. Although I am waiting a bit longer than expected for my parcel to arrive this time, but at the same time, I am confident it will arrive soon.

edit: my order date was also the 15th May.

edit: my order date was also the 15th May.

Don't send out to many emails one or two a day to different people any thing long they wont read the email or no reply keep it short if you can.

I am also confident it will arrive soon hopefully before Friday - Saturday if not I be re-emailling them again on Sunday what happend to my orders of three!.
