My order and confirmation were both on 15th may. Emailed them today to query whether order had been dispatched - they say "Yes, on the 25th May - please wait 7-10 days for delivery"

Sent in 2 orders on the same day. One for me and one for dh. Mine came on Friday and I got the 9 shower gels (got it sorted out about the charges too). Dh's order has just arrived. Only 1 free shower gel. Win some, lose some but I've still sent them an email.

Hope the company doesn't go broke cos of us. Do you not think we are being a tad greedy at the end of all this? (so speaketh the boofy conscience!).

Thanks all. Guess I'll sit tight and wait..... and prepare to start sending all those lovely emails to Yves Rocher!

    Hi there,

Dont you think the company would get on with things a bit better if they didnt have to sift through several emails all from the same people on the same matter?

I have sent an email to them about my order, but plan to wait a few days before contacting them again, I don't see that it will make things better by bombarding them with emails?

    Seven, don't jump the gun.

I haven't sent them even one email! I notice you have! lol

Even though I haven't received my order after nearly 3 weeks.

But judging by other peoples experiences, (including your own need to contact them) it doesn't bode well does it!

For my part I would not have seen their products on their website had this not been posted here. If I get the free gift great...if not, as long as I get the products I ordered I'm happy, as they are meant for presents for a few people.
