I wasn't having a go at anyone, or saying that people weren't entitled to their orders or the free products etc.....

All I was saying is that it feels like some IT bod made a slight error when programming their website. Yves Rocher have obviously decided that the fault is theirs and that they will take advantage to try to gain more customers. And good for them too.

As far as the 'muck up valid orders' goes...I know that they have...because they have told me by email that they have done so on my order...and I'm not talking about the freebie items, but items that I wanted to pay for.

For the most part my post was referring to the poor IT bod that did the programming in the first place. At least my my theory anyway. They did pull the free bath / shower gel and someone had to have put it there for us to find.

I didn't mean any offence to anyone, but just expressing my sorrow for the person(s) that put together the webshop.

I emailied them the other day as wanted to know when I should expect the parcel ( just so I'm up as I dont always hear people knock on there door). I got told the same as the others that it was dispatched on 25th May with Royal Mail . Does this mean as its with Royal Mail I probs wont get it anyway... :rolleyes: I shall just have to wait and see what the postie brings and hope that I hear him knock on the door lol.

I think that in law it is an invitation to treat until they take the money not an offer. You may know different. They have taken £20.80 from me and I have not received a free gift 1 shower gel was free and they charged me for the others.

I am going to speak to my credit card if I hear nothing by 2mo.

Been checking on line to see what they take from my account. Noticed tonight they have taken £5.36 instead of £6.40, so will have to wait and see what they send.

Royal Mail did you mean courier? because they are to big company post them all to Royal Mail. Has any one else got Royal Mail?.
