Anyone wanting to phone yves rocher and doesn't want to phone the 0870 number which is 8p a min i think can phone 0208 901 3900, this is the geographical number. still no e-mail reply and they don't close til 7pm on friday, ill keep looking.

I ordered my items on 16th May, they were delivered to my house in Preston on Tuesday this week, I also ordered the 9 shower gels, but only got one. I sent an email saying that I had not received my full order, they had also missed out an item, but had not charged me for it. I received an email two hours later, saying that they will send my other 8 shower gels and the item missed and will deduct my account the £ 2 whatever for the missed item. Result!

Still not received any goods, or any communication from them, I doubt very much that I'll get anything now

Got a delivery yesterday various bits and bobs, checked credit card on-line £1.20 charged.

Sent e-mail asking where other 8 shower gels were and got a response within 2 hours saying they've had a problem but they'll be sending the rest shortly.

Quite impressed with lack of excuses.
