like many others ive had all good experiece with em , got sent my order plus two freebie gift things instead of just the one and sent one email asking why only one bath gell and straight away email got back and saisdd the other ones (ieigeight) wud be on there way with apology. So ordered it, got it, one email later, and the ret on its waw way twoooo

im going home to day from my boyfriends to see what they have sent.. hope they gave it to the neighbours and not chucked it over the 6ft back gate as some have done in the past.. be interesting as my online act says they have deducted half of what i owed so im quite excited lol... let you know tomorrow happy or peed off lol

Just got my parcel delivered and yep no prizes for guessing just the one shower gel so the saga continues

Just sent an e-mail so hope i'm as lucky as the people who got their stuff, fingers crossed for me please :)

I received my parcel at long last, 1 kohl pencil, 1 shower gel and 2 bottles of perfume, which one is the mystery gift.
I have emailed them to enquire about the missing gels and hopefully will hear back.
When i have spoken to them, they have been exceptionally polite and seem to be honouring the orders, i suspect the volume of those orders were immense, judging by this thread and dispatch is not normally like this as i have had goods from them previously.
The gel is a good one 200ml and smells beautiful.

I live in Liverpool and received my order this morning. It was correct apart from the 8 free missing shower gels. Off to email them now....
