After being so pleased with myself last weekend when my payment couldn't be taken as I'd lost my credit card in between ordering and them asking for payment. Spoke to a CS lady last Sat. and she cleared my account as it should have only been £1.20 they took and not £48. All their problem she said, don't worry about the £1.20, I'll deal with that. Today I got a letter from them saying they couldn't take the £48 so could I please pay it now. Not a chance. Off to email them again.

I received my order today from 15th May, was disappointed,

8 missing shower gels and also other missing items that I had ordered.

They did hower only charge me for the items in the parcel, but there was no explaination as to where the other items were other than a note at the bottom of my packing slip saying the offer was a weekend special and was limited to one product per customer.

Received my order today, which was placed on 19th May, chased on 3rd June and apparently despatached on 24th May.

I got it, but don't know what it is, as the writing on the packaging is in a foreign language!

What exactly is it? I've used the monoi oil before (years and years ago), it's a lovely smelling oil that you can use in the bath or on your hair or body. Mine was thick white and solid at room temperature, so I used to stand the bottle in warm water and it turned into an oil.

Is this what you've received?
