Firstly some items are missing...they're happy to ship one of each item, but when I ordered a couple it must have confused someone and their computer system and it only sent out one. In addition, on the invoice for the most part it is the items I wanted to 'pay' for that were listed as free, and the items that were supposed to be free that were on the invoice as chargeable.

We'll see what happens with parcel number 2....and the credit card of course....

You have to re-email them for your second parcel they wont know about your second parcel. This what I done after then they send a email again also the second parcel will be incorrect. I am still waiting for the gels after one week now and my third parcel should be on its way!!!!

well this is my first post so hope it comes out right, i recieved my order today free miing shu and freepur desir dr lys and free bath and shower gel think im going to leave it at that as order was fine am missing 8 bath and shower gels but think it might be a pain to chase them up!

im going to leave mine as well as im well happy with what i got.. and they charged me half price for everything on my order.. got my complete order plus a few samples etc but minus the 8 shower gel.. i think they will appear on ebay which again annoys me as this is one of the reasons companys will stop sending out freebies ..

I got my parcel and received only one shower gel. Also got two free perfumes (put away for Christmas) and another shower gel I ordered. They didn't charge me for postage so hopefully they will only take £1.30. Don't know whether to try and get the remaining eight shower gels or what to say in an e-mail, or jus to accept it. Letter says offer for 1 gel and for weekend only but I have got e-mail saying nine free!!

If i were you bargainaddict i'd send them an e-mail asking about the remaining 8 shower gels, if you've still got an order confirmation e-mail forward that to them as well, everyone who's done that has had a reply saying they will get the shower gels.

I have sent a couple of emails to them already, but I will keep emailing them until I get my full correct order. I am going to keep a very close eye on my credit card. They have already confirme that I will only be charged the amount I have authorised, so I will have a good excuse to complain if they do charge more than this.

Unless you got proff of their email then yes (but if you do this you wont get your free gels if you ask for your free gels you will get charge..........) but if you have phone them you have no proff unless you got hold of the lady name and date, time.



Well Monday is coming up I hope they will answer my email of what happend to the free gels on order as stating by their email. If any body have their free gels please let us know what you did and how I love to know!!!!!!!.

I have received 2 small bottles of liquid, one is like an oil and the other is more like a body lotion, they smell like coconut.

I remember having this range a few years ago, I think it had something to do with tanning, but cant really remember!

Got mine delivered by Royal Mail yesterday morn 7.30AM!!!!..................But, at least I have got one of them, like you say Jadring. Mother in laws a happy bunny, just been round to give her her birthday cards and presents and let her open the purfume today(birthday is tomorrow), and she's made up with it. Gave her the Ming Shu. Think she was a little disapointed at first, as she thought that was all she was getting, and she had asked for vouchers, then I explained one of her cards was her main present. She has since opened her cards aswell (worse than me kids!!) and is thrilled she has had so much spent on her!!!!!!!!Haha :rotfl:
