Perfumed Bath Shower Gel upto nine free! (Pay P+P)

I've just had a response as regards the wrong delivery address on parcel number 1 (no mention of my other queries as yet though...I'm working on it). Nothing useful though..."your account clearly states your delivery address and we've no idea why it was delivered elsewhere...if you don't receive parcel 2, which is shipping tonight, in 7 days let us know and we'll track it for you".

Nothing helpful there then.

Just received my 1st order just now. The shower gel is a really nice smell isn't it .

Pleased its finally getting sorted for others. I hope you all get your 8 shower gels soon .

Just to let you know, placed two orders - got one Friday white van and the other smaller order Saturday Royal Snail Mail. Just awaiting missing products now (not just the gels, but as someone previously mentioned if you ordered more that 1 of a particular product they seem to have got confused - sorry can't remember who mentioned this - but it was true in my case).

Sent them a polite email yesterday. Just got a reply to say they will be sending me the missing shower gels.

Just got a response from them this morning from my earlier email today.

Thank you for your email enquiry regarding your recent internet order.

I can confim that your order was despatched on the 25th May and charged at £4.70.

On checking your order confirmation I note that you had infact opted to receive 9 free shower gels. This offer was intended to be limited to one free shower gel per customer. Due to a programming error the possibility of choosing more than one free product was offered.

We have identified our mistake and will forthwith despatch the 8 shower gels that were missing from your order.

Have to let you all share in my elation - have just had a delivery from white van man of the 8 missing shower gels. can't believe it. going to write an e-mail to yves rocher now thanking them for honouring the confirmation.

I guess my work here is now done but i will still read about how you all are getting on.

I have emailed them twice-no reply as yet. I have received 1 of 2 parcels (ordered 15th) only 1 free shower gel included-no sign of parcel number 2.
