Perfumed Bath Shower Gel upto nine free! (Pay P+P)

Said i wasn't doing this again, but here goes. Wrote an e-mail to Y.R saying thank you, especially to Kara Richardson and sent it off, have just received an e-mail back which wasn't supposed to be for me which reads :-

Thought it was quite funny myself. At least they know that 1 person has pulled them out of the proverbial and done them proud.

She is there today email her again and record it I have this email letter off her:

I can confirm that two re-despatches for the shower gels have been carried
out on your account, the first on the 1st June and the second on the 3rd
June. As before you should allow 7-14 working days for these to arrive.

This is getting worse and I would like everyone's thoughts on if it is worth it or not.

They have just confirmed that another parcel will be sent, its contents and the amount that I will be charged. Just what I wanted fantastic....

However, they still haven't got my order correct. I feel like I'm bashing my head against a brick wall. It does list the freebies...at their correct quantities. The problem is with the items I wanted to pay for. The amount that they will take from my card is less than I had originally authorised, and the items that I would be missing to be honest I could live without with no problem...as they were going to be little extras for the girls for next xmas. So I could find a replacement for these items easily.

I'm tempted to cut my losses, and accept what they are going to send me as long as the number of freebies are right when the order arrives.

I have sent this woman 4 emails in total and not had a reply to any of them...

Well what a Surprise my two orders showed up last tuesday i had an email they had over charged me nearly £14 on two orders totaling to £15.75 which was taken off within 4 days but wrong contents in bigger parcel mens aftershaves a bag etc nothing i ordered there

Now Today the parcel man leaves two small boxes in my bin room (so they are unsigned) upon opening them both i see ....................

Excactly why i kept emailing the buggars and now i have everything :beer:

Wow! If you getting lost as I am you not the only one!!!! Yep they will send you out another parcel by ROYAL MAIL your miss place items. Gels will come by Courier if you want your gels will charge you for the full price. If they over charge I don't know have to email her.

If they not enclosed the right order email her and enclosed your orders of what you have orded.

Again depends how much you spend or they charge you if you happy keep it if not I rather have the gels because you get NINE!!!!. I was you email them and KEEP complaing until you are happy.

I keep refreshing my emails and still no reply, it's becoming an obsession :mad:

I might go into my email account and ask for a receipt (or whatever they are) when the message is opened.
