I got my Monoi de Tahiti set today, its tiny weeny isn't it!

My OH informs me that some of the writing is in Italian and that the little yellow bottle as Alcohol free perfume and the bottle with the brown lid is tanning lotion. I also got 2 tiny little lipsticks, they are so small!!!

2005CLAIRE

I have sent a few emails and have had absolutely NO reply.
I had kept a copy of my order and email confirmation etc.

I have received 1 parcel of 2 with 1 free shower gel in it - they also charged for p+p (can't remember now if it was supposed to be free as I spent over £6).

The last email I sent I changed the settings on my email to let me know when the email was opened-which I received, so Yves Rocher are receiving my mail.

But still no reply.

This is the email I received today after the delivery arrived saturday with 8 gels short:-


Thank you for your email enquiry regarding your recent internet order.

On checking your order confirmation I note that you had infact opted to receive 9 free shower gels, this offer was intended to be limited to one free shower gel per customer. Due to a programming error the possibility of choosing more than one free product was offered.

We have identified our mistake and will forthwith despatch the 8 shower gels
that were missing from your order.

Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvienience caused by this
incident.

I have tried everything, I must admit my last one was a bit of an angry one and I stated that I must have a reply and I do not like being ignored. However no reply as yet
