The free gels only takes one week so there is good news for you!. Try to use the email letter in the first thread works. Hopefully you will get a reply but you have to keep posting them the same email letter untill you get a reply. If you can't get a reply you wont have your gels!!!!. Good Luck! :cool:

I agree northernlass11. It was good of bytie to post this but the trouble this has caused would not get me to nominate as post of the month.
