Perfumed Bath Shower Gel upto nine free! (Pay P+P)

i received my parcel yesterday with ;- 1 very very small nail varnish i had paid for - 2 lots of perfume (i assume are my surprise free gift) - and 1 bath gel...... it also says on the invoice something else x3 unavailable (free) - dont know what that is.......they charged my credit card on the 1st of this month for £4.00 - the amount it should have been anyway..........

so - who do i contact and what do i say about the missing 8 gels please? there are so many pages on here i have lost count of how far back the name and email of the person to contact is....

It appears that most if not all people are getting the 9 gels now, so get onto them

I emailed them following byties advice and they sent an email saying the remaining 8 are in the post - cor blimey what a treat! Cheers Bytie

mailed them yesterday got this email today

Thank you for your email enquiry regarding your recent internet order.

On checking your order confirmation I note that you had infact opted to receive 9 free shower gels. this offer was intended to be limited to one free shower gel per customer. Due to a programming error the possibility of choosing more than one free product was offered.

We have identified our mistake and will forthwith despatch the 8 shower gels
that were missing from your order.

Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvienience caused by this
incident.

I also received an email saying order has been sorted (although I ordered 2 lots and have only received 1) - so I am very happy.
I might receive a second order as she said she had missed out some other items from the 1st order-we will see.

Bubble bath for Xmas for everyone this year (including the cat lol).

Still no reply to any emails but my 8 FREE gels turned up today :j Now I wonder if they will send me the 8 that were missing from my 2nd parcel
