I really dont think they know their a**e from their elbow, i sorted mine out over a week ago. Ended up with my order for £15 for free due to them making such an a**e of the order. Now received e-mail saying my order for £4-10 has been sent and monies taken and other 8 gels to follow,think they have a standard e-mail and sending this to everyone but have forgotten to edit the price for each person!
Just keep your eyes on your bank accounts!!
