Perfumed Bath Shower Gel upto nine free! (Pay P+P)

Well I finally received a reply to my 5th email this morning from a lovely lady called Beatrice. I had emailed to say thank you for my 8 missing shower gels from parcel one but did ask about my missing body milk from parcel 2 ( I didn't ask about the other 8 missing gels as I was happy with the first lot) anyway she replied back to say the other 8 gels were on the way and she would send me out a bottle of the body milk also.

A big :T to Yves Rocher for honouring all these orders and contrary to what I thought to begin with I think I will be placing future orders.

Just wanted to join in and say I got my order a couple of weeks ago with 1 free shower gel but didn't bother to complain as let's face it, we all knew it was an error (well I did) and I was being opportunistic in ordering 9. I still felt that I got qute a lot for ordering 1 lip gloss - but imagine my delight this morning when another 8 turned up! So maybe everyone will get them!

got my missing 8 gels today also. A credit to Yves Rocher for honouring all the orders, they should be named 'company of the Month' but I too will be placing another order with them, they certainly deserve it. Unlike Argos who always manage to get out of any web site errors they make.

I decided not to e-mail and ask for my missing 8 gels because they did not charge postage cost on my order and was happy enough with what I got got £1.30. But to my delight they just e-mailed out of the blue to say they noticed my order was for 9 gels and although it was a web site mistake they would be sending me the missing 8. Stocking fillers here they come!! I am well impressed with Yves Rocher and I will definitely order from them again.

I have ordered the perfume that goes with the free shower gel and the shower gel that goes with the free perfume. If they hadn't have honoured their confirmation e-mail i certainly wouldn't have ordered from them again.
