Am I the only one who still hasn't received their free shower gels?

Yes Rocher e-mailed me to say my free bottles were sent out on 3rd June and I should allow 7-10 days for them to arrive.

Still haven't received anything so don't know if they have gone missing or to hang on waiting another couple of days (in case it is 7-10 working days) before e-mailing them to say they haven't turned up.

My initial order was sent out on 25th May and I received it three days later.

Hurray, my free gels have turned up at last - they were at the wrong house.

As I still hadn't received them by the end of last week I e-mailed Yves Rocher again to let them know. I received an e-mail yesterday afternoon apologising and to say they would re-send them to me.

When I was about to leave this morning a lady that stays at the top of my street (No.7 - I stay in No.17) met me with my parcel and explained it had been delivered to her house on Friday but she had been on holiday and her niece who had been house sitting had taken the parcel in. Thinking it was for her aunt, she didn't look at the address label and left it with the rest of her aunt's mail. It was only when she looked at it late last night that she noticed the error and gave it to me as soon as she could.

I have since e-mailed Yves Rocher to let them know and hopefully they can catch the replacement parcel before it is sent. After all they were good enough to honour the error in the first place. I don't want to take advantage at their expense due to the carelessness of the courier.

    Hope everybody else got theirs.

ok i got my original order with one FREE shower gel, one FREE fleur de lys EDT, one hand cream (paid for), one FREE monoi gift, and 2 FREE mini lipsticks. I emailed them to complain about the remaining shower gels and they said they will sned them to me.

It was very nice ordering from them, not only for the free stuff but also because it reminded me of when I was a kid: my mom used to order from them and give me some freebies and sample so I can play the lady with it. Also the special offer vouchers looked like stamps so I used them on enveloppes and pretended to run a post office. Sweet trip down memory lane....

A great clap for them: their communication might not be the best but the service and goods provided as well as the freebies have not declined since the 80's! try and beat that!

Well I have received some more shower gels today, after already receiving one lot. I dont know what to do about it at all, they will know that I have already received some. I only placed one order, so that cant be it. Has anyone else had this problem?

You could phone them up and tell them. You might find they will tell you just to keep them anyway.

As I said at the beginning of this week in an earlier posting, after e-mailing them to tell them mine were missing they replied saying they would send out a replacement only for my parcel to turn up the next morning after the Courier had delivered it to the wrong house. I tried to e-mail them right away to let them know and to try and prevent the replacement being sent.

Well I hadn't received any reply from them so I thought I would telephone them just to make sure they knew. The lady I spoke to went away to check my account and to speak to someone, and came back and told me that my order had been placed so it was too late to prevent it from being sent out and that I could keep both parcels and only pay for one.

When I explained that I wasn't actually paying for any of the parcels as all of the contents were free and I didn't want to take advantage of them because of the courier's incompetence, she told me "it must be your birthday" and it was okay, I was just to keep them for being so honest. I even offered to send them back to them but she said, no it would be okay, just to keep them. I thought this was very nice of them. My friends have been delighted as I have been sharing my good fortune with them also.

I must admit, although I know some have had a hard time from them, but personally I have always had my e-mails answered promptly (except the one to stop the order, which incidentally I didn't send from my own e-mail but from their "contact us" on their website), their staff have always been polite and friendly and I have been very pleased with the service I've received.

i was waiting for my additional shower gels to arrive as my other order for the additional gels had arrived at my nans house over a week ago.

I then had a neighbour call round to my house to say that they had infact delivered to their address by accident a week previously (they had been away) and had left the parcel outside their front door in the rain!!

The box was absolouty soaked and soggy the bath gels inside were wet and smelt from the rain water and the heat. Should i contact them to say that i have now recieved the gels but dont fancy using them as they are damaged? and return them in exchange for replacements?
