Just got my other shower gels, but only 7 in the box even though the delivery note says 8. Don't know whether to bother or not - will think on it for a while. Highly delighted with customer service and the products I have received.

My parcel arrived today. I have to admit that they have been great in working through all the problems. Delivery could be quicker, but well pleased with the service.

Am I the only one who still hasn't received their free shower gels?

Yes Rocher e-mailed me to say my free bottles were sent out on 3rd June and I should allow 7-10 days for them to arrive.

Still haven't received anything so don't know if they have gone missing or to hang on waiting another couple of days (in case it is 7-10 working days) before e-mailing them to say they haven't turned up.

My initial order was sent out on 25th May and I received it three days later.

The box I received says 72 hours on it. Also, when I queried it with them the dispatch date was a couple of days later that what they had originally told me. There would be nothing wrong with sending thm a quick email and querying it. They have always been very polite and nice about everything. If it is 'working days' they will tell you when they respond to your email.

    No your not alone.

Mr Moneypenny had two orders despatched on the same day as you, one contained 1 shower gel and the other none. After he sent some E-Mails he was told on the 6th June that remaining shower gels would be sent - but all he has received is one box containing one shower gel. So he has sent another E-Mail today (as yet no reply) to ask if remaining gels are on their way or has there been another problem.

    Hope this helps :o

Going from previous threads I think it will get sorted in the end it's just the delivery time makes things difficult - like you, he did not know whether to wait a few more days or contact them, I would say to you that an E-Mail in the morning when they open again won't do any harm.

    Good Luck

They said mine was dispatched on 25th May.............but still haven't had my order. Complained and they said that they sent another out, still no sign of it :(
They took the money from my account quick enough though! 25th May.

I wouldn't have paid £11.60, i don't think that they smell any better than the ones you pay £1 for, will try and let you know, I have given 2 away already.

My nana loves the White Lily perfume which was a freebie, it's tolerable by me as well.

Thank you bytie bit for this thread. I can now say that my remaining 8 gels were delivered about 10 mins ago. ( I will email them to say thanks) It is strange that I used the first one for the first time this morning and it left my skin so smooth and silky. I'm loving it. Thank you.
