I've been doing everything by email...so yes I do have proof. I did send them an email saying exactly what I expect, and with the prices involved...this is when they said that my order had been mucked up and that they would send it again....and that I would be charged only the amount that I had authorised.

I shall see what happens when hopefully they respond to my email today.

8.35 this morning my parcel actually arrived. everything as should be apart from the 8 missing shower gels, still waiting for a reply off yves rocher about how long the extra shower gels would take to arrive, let you know if they get back to me.

You have it at last. I too, am still waiting for a reply off them for the email I sent last Fri. I am also still waiting on my parcel. Still can't understand how hubby's arrived 1st when I ordered it after mine????
Maybe today who knows???

I got my parcel this morning, without the 8 extra gels but I've had an email promising they'll come by separate post. I suppose now it's a waiting game to see if they honour those promises.

I think the invoice is wrong but since I never had a confirmation email I don't know where I got overcharged, but they've given me FREE postage on an order of just £6.97 so I'm not complaining! I got a greasypalm discount of £3 brought the price down to £3.97 and I'll get a greasypalm cashback (eventually) of £2.50 so all in all a bargain even if the extra gels don't turn up.

Definitely considering my own stall at the PTA Fayre now I need to get rid of those free perfumes for a start!

They came by white van.

Invoice states 8 shower gels @ £11.60 each
