Got mine this morning by Royal Fail.
Only one shower gel instead of 9, no mention at all in package nore any mention in emails when I enquired as to when is it coming.

Well I emailed to complain about the lack of shower gels in my 1st order and the fact that they had totally mucked it up but received no reply. I then emailed again to cancel the 2 other orders I made, one of which was about £50 but I had taken the option to pay that in a months time. Anyway parcel 2 arrives this morning with of course the other 8 gels missing but also a body milk that I really wanted to try. Heaven help them if the 3rd order arrives, worse still if they charge it to my cc just now. So I have just sent a rather angry email to kara richardson in the hope of a reply. I'm so fizzing mad :mad:0

I e-mailed about the 8 shower gels last monday night, had a reply off kara on tuesday but haven't received them yet, but going off my experience i'll expect them sometime next month.

I'm rapidly coming to the conclusion that it won't be a good idea to order from these guys again. Especially after they delivered my first incorrect order to the wrong adress...and they're due to ship my correct order today, but haven't yet re-conformed (for the third time) my delivery address.
