I'm the same, I ordered on 16th May and e-mailed them on 26th to find out when to expect my order. I had a reply within a couple of hours saying it was dispatched 25th May and apologising for the delay. When it arrived on Tuesday with only one shower gel I sent another e-mail pointing out their "oversight" and again had a reply the same day saying my additional shower gels shall be dispatched.

I know some people have been mucked about by them but maybe I am one of the lucky ones and have been quite happy with their customer service so far. Okay I admit the original order did take a little longer than expected due to the shower gels being out of stock but I suppose with the "special offer" so many people ordered them that they were overwhelmed by the demand.

My order was also sent out 25th May, money was taken out 30th May and still no goods delivered. :mad: :mad: :mad:

P.S. regarding amount of emails sent to Yves, I had sent one askin when the order had been despatched, then I sent another, asking exactly how much was taken and what exactly had they despatched, to which they didn't reply, so I re-sent it, and received a reply Tues 31/05. I haven't bombarded them with mails, though I'm really not happy about the length of time this is taking to be delivered. I had ordered for birthday presents for mum-in-law, which is next mon 6th June(as is mine !) and ordering 3 weeks before, I thoought was plenty of time. Evidently not. Keep thinking, "time for another Email" but I may aswell wait until next week when the 7-10 days are up. I can understand very much, why peps are emailing them, especially when they don't reply, its very frustrating, not knowing whats in our orders, not knowing whether we are going to be overcharged, not knowing where the bl**dy orders are. I can't understand, how we have all, near enough, ordered on the same day, some of us have the orders, some of us don't. Fed up with waiting!!

I never had a confirmation email and no money was taken so I emailed Kara to ask if they'd even received the order. In the meantime £3.97 has been debited, somewhat less than I expected so I don't know what's going on there. She confirmed that my order had been sent on the 25th and that the extra bubble bath was an error etc etc the standard reply that everyone else got. No parcel yet, so I don't know how successful the order has been. It does seem that I'll get the extra 8 bubble baths though

Thank goodness I was able to check back to my post to recall what I ordered!

Something has occurred to me though... some IT bod at Yves Rocher must be in a lot of trouble! :eek:

Some IT bod is probably without a job.

Its a bad enough mistake in the first place, but then to also muck up people's valid orders (ie, where more than 1 of a single item had been ordered) as well.

Postal service (Royal mail/Courier and otherwise) is poo in Southport obviously!!
At least I'm not on my own round here, who hasn't received orders.

Yes we took offer on some freebies, one could argue taking advantage, but I don't see any signs on the site that a mistake had been taken, nor have I been told by the company that they made a mistake. In fact they never emailed me explained a mistake had been taken nor when on two occasions I contacted them that they implied a mistake either.

So at best your comments are assumptions based one or two people have said in this thread.

I at no time have ever demanded they comply with what was in law an offer, and they have neither as yet accepted that offer, I would of course be delighted if they honoured the offer.
