Send them an email quoting what you ordered and saying that what you have received is incorrect. I sent them an email the other day asking about my order and was told that the order that was shipped was incorrect. They would ship out my order again, and I was told I could keep the incorrect delivery.

God only knows what I will get though.

I've just emailed them showing the 2 orders I placed, the 1 order I received and I used some of the words from the updated page 1 email. Fingers crossed.
I do feel for the people who I have emailed but they cannot give to some and not to others can they?

I Have just checked on my credit card statement and found that Yves Rocher have debited my credit card yesterday by £4.10 which is the amount of the order, but i bet that i only get the one shower gel, I am away now until Monday so if the parcel arrives a neighbour may take it in, i only hope that i can get this resolved next week if i don't get all the shower gels.

I must admit I'm increadibly happy with my order. it arrived yesterday. I wasn't too bothered about the shower gel, as I don't need nine, but I did fancy the free handbag.
I ordered 3 things, that came to over 6 pounds, so used the £3 discount voucher, and expected to pay over 6 pounds for the order.

When it arrived I got:
Eye pencil,
solid perfume (to go with shower gel)
bronzing poweder/foundation thing
Free handbag
1 free shower gel,
and randomly 1 free lily perfume (not expected, and pleasant suprise)
and free postage and packaging.
so only charged £3.22 for the whole lot, and got £2.50 GP cashback.
So as I said very,very happy with the it.:D
sorry for those who are disapointed though

I hope you email to kara.richardson@yrnet.com (update on first page on this thread). If people email direct to her you will get an answer quicker than their other emails. :j

I do feel sorry for Kara getting all the stick off customers I do give credit to her than any one else for checking the order!!!! this is due to their computer erorr which I think they lost many orders. :rotfl:

So with hope I now be looking out for the posty again!!!!. :T

I must say I will still use their products, I do like them a lot (good job too if I receive the 9 showel gels x 2).
