Just received my parcel - only one free shower gel but at least they haven't charged me more than they should've.

I never got the confirmation email which I just put down to their incompetence, they definitely have a record of my email because now I'm getting spammed with newsletters! I've checked my online account and they never debited my account either. Looks like my order disappeared into the void and I'll get a big fat zero :mad:

That's what I thought, but my parcel just arrived albeit 8 shower gels short, they haven't taken any money yet.

Still not had any goods delivered as yet, but I too, have had an email sent in reply to my one last friday, saying the same as others:

Thank you for your email enquiry regarding your recent internet order.

I can confim that your order was despatched on the 25th May and charged at £4.10 and this applies also to your husbands order

On checking your order confirmation I note that you had both infact opted to receive 9 free shower gels. this offer was intended to be limited to one free shower gel per customer. Due to a programming error the possibility of choosing more than one free product was offered.

We have identified our mistake and will forthwith despatch the 9 shower gels that were missing from your order.

Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvienience caused by this incident.

God knows when mine and hubby's orders are going to arrive, but I guess the shower gels are on their way to us aswell. Might get them by the time I go on my jolly's in july???? :rotfl:

mine just arrived minus eight shower gels, they have changed amounts on products i ordered so havn't qualified for £10 off. Now waiting for them to phone me back and i dont suppose this will ever happen! Where the hell do i go from here, my order has now cost me £10 quid more?

I would, if I were you, send a blazing Email ( I know you have sent lots already!!). I posted the one I sent last fri, on page 37 post no 364. They took their time in answering, but at least I have eventually had a reply offering to send out remainder of shower gels. Just adapt it to suit. There was another good email, someone had posted (I can't remember who now), that was only posted sun/yesterday, short, to the point and very polite(which was more than mine was!!). I would also have a look at all the email addresses posted, I think Bytie has not long ago posted "Kara" email address. I wou;ld send my email to the lot of them and hope 1 of them has the decency to reply.

Just found the cracking email that I was refering to. JTCG post 418 on page 42 (I Think!!) It got results!!

Ive just rcd one of my two orders and theyve sent me just 1 single shower gels. It also seems that the postage has become free dont know how but the invoice states it...

also sent an email to kara lets c if they come up with the goods ....
