Just had the phone call. Everything sorted. For some reason my bank didn't accept their request for payment so I've got my order and everything is fine.

Any how got some good news who ever order more than one parcel it seams they pick out whats best for the customer so I now have only one order instead of three (Thank God!! getting lost!).
The order is fine no problem I have my free Bath Shower Gel only one because stated on the form "Weekend promotion and limited to one product per customer".
I got free postage and packing £3 off only have to pay £11.84 so not been charge for this!!!!!!! been checking every day on my on line banking. So to me so far I am happy bunny with my products!!!. :beer:

Well Just checked online statement, still nothing has been debited from them. Still no reply from the email I sent last night. I'm glad Highland_Lass has got it sorted, just hope its ok for the rest of us!!

Did you receive the mystery free gift??
How come its costing you £11.84?? is that for both orders you placed, or are they still charging you extra?

Yes I have receive the mystery gift which is 1 EDP 30ML Bottle Ming Shu and 1 LYS EDT PUR DESIR 30ML. Reason why cost of £11.84 because I order the Pur Desir Fragrance Collection at £14.84 got off £3 discount because I spent over £10!. :beer:

So far they not charge me these items on my Credit Card prehaps they might give away to few people no charge some how..... but I let you know....

I don't know why they not charge me yet maybe because I said want to cancel my orders but they said all ready on the way to you. So if I was you email try and cancel your orders then you might not be charge to your credit card worth a try... email is best get a reply possible upto five reply answers.
You can accept the order when it comes then all you have to do is check your online account if you have one.

I ordered in my name for £4.10 and hubbys name for £4.20, and they've taken £6.50 from my account.

How come?!? I can't work out how they get to that figure at all.

I also have both confirmations of 9 FREE gels.

I still heard nothing and boy when i do i will settle for nothing less than what i damn well ordered and if they want a shred of credit left they will bloody well better hurry up!!
