Hello, my order no is as above.

I received an email from yourselves yesterday, which you kindly informed me that my order had been despatched on wed 25th may.

I am concerned, as friends of mine have also ordered from yourselves, and on our confirmation emails, it says
25162 9 Comme une Evidence FREE
Perfumed Bath Shower Gel
along with the remainder of our orders. However, a couple of them, have been charged for 8 of these 9 free shower gels, with bills of £48+. Now, on my email reply from Beatrice yesterday, she confirmed my order was for £4.10. Could you please confirm exactly what has been despatched to me?
My husband had also placed an order with yourselves Order Number: , and likewise, he is expecting to pay ONLY £4.10.Again, please advise as to what exactly has been despatched to him, and the cost.
Please be aware, that if anything other than £4.10 has been debited from our accounts we will be contacting Trading Standards as we have not given permission for more than this amount to be debited from our account.
Please advise

I'm with the person who said about contacting watchdog, at least yves rocher are not sending us 9 shower gels and charging us for 8, but still in my eyes this is breach of contract. It says on the confirmation e-mails what we have ordered and for how much, so i think this should be legally binding.

Be lucky if we get a reply, though possibly there may be someone in tomorrow???
Who knows with these people, they are a bunch of cowboys(and a few other choice words that I'm not allowed to mention on here!!)

Also have mine and hubby's confirmation, if we want to take this furthur.
