why dont you all do what i normally do when i have a query with a order .. tell the courier to hang on a min as you need to check something .. open the parcel and check what is inside it.. if its not what you ordered just reseal. ( you have the selotape handy ) and tell the courier your rejecting the order because its not what you ordered.. done this a few times and you should see there faces lol.. one was a bed they kept sending me single i wanted double but as it was all in cardboard couldnt tell so eventually i opened it and it was single again told them to take it back .. They try to tell they they cant take it back as its been opened .. you just write on the box opened by addresses returned by addresse as not what orderedThose we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
Are thinking of you today.0 -

jellyhead wrote:no offense, but do any of you actually have the paper leaflets that tell you you're entitled to free shower gel? or are you all new customers? if you've never ordered from them before and haven't been invited to order a free shower gel, you don't know if the offer was just for the weekend or not. okay they should have put it on the website maybe, or a note saying the first one was free and any subsequent ones will be charged at full price, but perhaps all this was explained on the leaflets they mailed out to their customers?"When you want something said, ask a man.

1 lys edt pur desir 30ml
1 edp 30ml bottle ming SH

boofy wrote:Then their website should not have given the option of 1-9 free shower gels! When I rung them this morning, she confirmed I had 1 free shower gel, handcream, free gift. I asked her to quote me the price and it was correct: £4.10. My confirmation email certainly says 9 free shower gels, but let's face it, we're not gonna get it now are we?

Not charge me either just praying now the products don't come. I also notice in the past BT did this not long ago with free Head Phones the price was zero, also I widescreen TV was cheap off another site, Ebuyer once did this as well.0 -

sorry to have to tell you - the other one is also lily!! if you follow the link to 'fragrance' on the page, ming shu fleur rare is the one listed as 'ming' on your invoice, 'lys' is the lily variety of the 'pur desir de fleurs' fragrance range. i haven't smelled it though, it might be nice52% tight0 -
