ok just got this email from them took them an hour to type but they got there in the end

Thank you for your e-mail enquiring about the free shower gel that you
recently ordered on our website.

Unfortunately, this was a special offer limited to one free product per
customer for one weekend only. Please accept my apologies for any
disappointment. You will be receiving one shower gel.

If you do not now require this parcel you should refuse delivery when
the parcel arrives with the Courrier and the parcel will then be sent
back to us.

To make sure that you benefit from other special offers please keep an
eye on https://www.yves-rocher.co.uk to see what we have to offer!

If I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact

Please cancel my orders i dont wish to deal with your company again if the parcels arrive they will be sent back if i ocurr any other bank charges and go overdrawn with my bank account im taking this issue further and contacting my Solicitor on the matter,there was NO mention on the website that this was ONLY a Weekend offer or there was a limit of one per person Free ,NO MENTION THIS WAS EVEN A SPECIAL OFFER im very upset and annoyed on how you treat your customers i have little amount on that bank card enough to cover the two orders orginal prices but if this goes over i will be livid my bank charges me £35 for overdrafts so canel my orders please.

I'm going to return all my parcels be on the safe side and then I be complaing to Trading Standards to see what they say about the company.

Yep I had the same email. I tried to cancel my orders but they all ready on the way so you have to answer the door now. I also complain back as well this is what I said now awaiting:

Many thanks for reply to my emails much appreciated sorry for so many but I would like to know of "Unfortunately, this was a special offer limited to one free product per customer for one weekend only and you will be receiving one free product in your parcels." where was this stating on your internet site at the time of the free product I can't see this on that day of my orders from that day?. Where can you confirm "One free product" of the internet link?.
There for my 25162 9 Comme une Evidence FREE Perfumed Bath Shower Gel per orders can confirm by me email I do have the rights for these stated on the ineternet site plus a free product which was the mystery gift as well.
Also I have type in the word greasypalm for my £2.50 cash back again may not received my cash back?.

Again you said " I can confirm that all these order have now been despatched and if you no longer require them you should refuse delivery when they will be returned to us automatically by the Courrier service" but how would I know what I had received of the products I mainly do the package has the order number on the front?.

ive just been on there website and what makes me laugh is they have reduced the Comme une Evidence shower gel from £11.60 to £5.20 lol there really funny .........NOT

bet they lost a few decent customers now after all these Blunders

Why don't we take this to the programme Watchdog? I'm sure I'm not the only person who kept the confirmation email.There are enough of us on here saying about it. Would it be an idea to?

In the actual email it also says this

you save and/or print this email for your records. Please find the details of
your order below:"


This is what the top bit of my conformation order email said.

It definatley states FREE next to it.

So surley if we all have our confirmations in the email watchdog would do something? The only thing is I cant find a cached link for the offer so not sure if it would work. What do others think??

NOPE your have to email to ask about the shower gels in your order (if there free or not etc etc) to get a reply back otherwise it looks like they just hit you with this problem when your delivery arrives. glad i emailed them really
