This thread is so funny! about our free gifts or not!!. Any how I got some good news for every body had another email!!!!!!. This what they said to me:

"Unfortunately, this was a special offer limited to one free product per customer for one weekend only and you will be receiving one free product in your parcels. Please accept my apologies for any disappointment.

I can confirm that all these order have now been despatched and if you no longer require them you should refuse delivery when they will be returned to us automatically by the Courrier service."



So if you don't want it you send it back auto matic to the Courrier service and get your money back lest this is a start.

Could any body point me out these words on their site at the time of the product?. I bet you can't......... should I reply back?!

Looks like it will just be the shower gel then thats free. Thing is, we can refuse to accept the delivery, but we won't know whether the freebies are in it or not!!
I ordered 2 lots, one in hubby's name and one in mine. Might accept one and refuse the other. Have to think about that one :rolleyes:

I have sent numerous e-mails and made several phone calls and they just mucking about so i am going for the lot. If they take the correct money fom my account and then i only receive one i will take it further. i have all e-mails sent and received and confirmation of 9 FREE shower gels!!!!

Good on you sticking up for our rights!! If they confirm that our orders are for 9 shower gels, 1 free mystery gift plus the item you ordered, ie in my case the arnica handcream for the total cost of £4.10 than that should be it. As Bytie says, I didn't see anywhere where it said on offer for one freebie per person just for weekend. Perhaps it was hidden away, as they do with the small print, but it should have been written there next to the offer of freebies! Not our fault they made a BooBoo on their computor systems is it????

I Totally agree and i hate waiting for stuff to arrive :mad: as for delivery my granny could of delivered these parcels faster :rotfl: how much longer are they going to take wonder if there coming from france or the uk or maybe the other side of this planet ... jeez i will need to place an order for wrinkle cream if it takes any longer i'll be old and grey by then.

Oh! I just had another phone call

Now they are saying my order wasnt £25-70 so could not use the £10 discount code, said the toner was £3-60 and not £6, told her my e-mail confirmed it was £6 and she said it was only £3-60 on her order. Told her i would send copy of my e-mail confirmation at £6 and this is not my problem. Guess what - Yeah she will phone me back :mad:
Now i starting to get p****d off with them :mad:
