If they do take more money then they will have been extremely naughty as you only authorised them to take £x. If they take £y first talk to them, but if the worst happens talk to your credit card about a chargeback.

They will only send 1 out in your order, i just spoke to them on the phone and they are saying that they think their web site has been hacked into so everyone could get 9 bath gels. I have cancelled my order.

i dont mind only getting the one as the other few items ive ordered i will need and use. what i would have been !!!!!! off at is if they had sent 9 then tried to charge me for the other 8..

I cancelled as i did not really want to pay £4.10 to £5.60 for items that i didnt really need, it would have been worth it if i had the 9 bath gels free as it would be my christamas shopping done for the next few years ( i placed 3 orders).

Don't mind getting just the 1 free shower gel, as long as they aren't sending and charging me for the other 8!! don't think I wuld have bothered ordering if I knew we weren't receiving free gift either, though the handcream I ordered alongside the showergel I will us anyway.

yes i can understand now .. i only placed the one order because if i had placed more i would have been giving out the gel for yrs lol... its ok when your child has a female teacher but next yr she getting a male one lol

i thought the free gift was as a thank you for you first order with them.. if they dont send that then thats not playing the game as we will all have made our first order and therefore not qualify next time .... like there gonna be a next time lol

What makes you think we wont be getting the free mystery gift? The shower gel was not a "free gift" with your order!

the way yves rocher works is that they set up a customer account for you and every month they send you the catalogues with an order form, usually with a free gift, 2 for 1, etc. as far as i can remember there's a free gift offered with every mailing. you'll probably get your gift, and one free shower gel, although it's unusual to be getting both free. who has the initial promotional literature? i used to order from them sometimes, only when what i wanted was on offer or the free gift was worth the postal charge, they stop mailing if you don't order anything after a while.

The way everybody is talking sounds like we won't get it, esp when Jazzy was saying that she got charged for the extra shower gels, no free gift and no lippy that she had oredered.
Don't get me wrong, I hope we do, that was gonna be an extra prezzie for mum in law for her birthday, but the way things are looking. I suppose we will just have to wait the 7-10 days and see!! By the way, what delivery service are the using?? Horse and cart??? LOL :rotfl:
