You're not doing anything wrong. Yves Rocher had these last week at 0.00p but must have discovered it and took them off the site before putting them back on again a day or so ago at a price of £5.20 each. You can't get them free any more.

Just called Yves Rocher (0208 901 3900). My parcel has left warehouse. £4.10 cost. ONE shower gel!! Boo hoo. Never mind. Live and learn

Customer service said a lot of internet orders had been cancelled or rejected and had to be re-keyed by hand. !!!!!!!!!!! They lie to us in the first place!!!. :mad: I think most likley to get one free gel as a freebie.

Well we all got confirmation e-mails with 9 freebie shower gels on and amount to be taken, surely once they take this amount they have to honour the entire order? What you reckon? Thats if i ever get mine

Sent E-Mail yesterday requesting status of my order and Included total cost of the order.

Replied today.

Apologies for delay - shower gel temporary out of stock.
Order despatched 25th May.
Courier Home Delivery Network. Normal Del 7-10 days.
Quoted my customer No too.

No idea how many gels or whether my card has been debited yet.

Just have to wait and see I suppose, but it's looking less likely that we will get all 9 free by the day. They had better not take more money than I and they agreed to on my confirmation E-Mail. I will get cross!!!! :mad: :mad: :mad:
