Just been back to Yves-rocher through the original link posted by the OP and the Comme une Evidence Perfumed Bath Shower Gels (including 55% off) are now £5.20!!! Glad I ordered these when the free offer (mistake!) was on, would not have ordered at this price.

Be careful you lot. I received my shower gel and was charged 11.60 per shower gel. Apparently only one is free and my lipstick that I ordered so I could have free p&P was out of stock. So if you paid by credit card you want to check your bill!!

I haven't heard anything, if not received by Monday i will be calling them. Not very good customer service, if they didn't want us to have them then i would have preferred an email to explain.

if they try to bill me for anymore than i ordered i will send them back.. there confirmation email didnt say only one it said 9

My confirmation email said all of mine were free but it didnt stop then billing me. They do not have the shower gel on offer now and say it was just for one weekend. You wait and see!!

Approach your credit card company for the fraud transaction.

I have experienced this before, not with yves, received my money back from credit card company and don't have to return the goods.

wont be a happy bunny if they charge me for more than they emailed me for .. will riot with them and tell them to stuff further orders.. they should have sent us the free one with the option to buy the rest..

have you contacted them and asked them what the hell is going on.. and if they going to refund your credit card
