Hi All

Second e-mail received, saying order not sent because they are out of stock of the free gift set :rolleyes: Told them to despatch my order and forward the gift set when it arrives back in as by the time this comes back in they will be out of stock of something else.

Which free gift did you go for? I think I went for the mystery which is probably why mine has been despatched - they can send me any old mystery rubbish!!!!!

HI guys,
Those of you who have had an email saying your order has been despatched, when did you place your orders? I haven't received any emails as yet, only the confirmation one, when placing my order, week last sun 15th may?? I managed to read the offer quite quick(usually by the time I see these offers, they have finished or sold out!! though I'm made up with the boots offer glitch on Little Me sets, which I managed to grab before any tills where altered!!), and jumped in there, ordering stuff in my name and hubby's name, but no despatch email to either of us as yet.

Really do feel this is too good to be true and will be a miracle if this works!!
Let us know girls, when any of you receive the goodies and let us know what the mystery gift set is!!

I placed my orders on the 15th also. I did email the company a couple of days ago asking about the status of the orders, so whether or not that has something to do with the email telling me of dispatch I don't know.

i did mine the eve of the 15th and so far no correspondence from them apart from original email confirming order.. emailed again today to ask on despatch of my order ...

I would like to confirm that your parcel is ready to be despatched from our warehouse. Normal delivery is 7 to 10 days.

I regularly buy stuff from Yves-Rocher. They don't send out an email saying they've dispatched your goods, they just send them. If you want to know when your stuff's been dispatched, best to email them yourself and ask.
