I don't know what else to suggest! Strange.

pvsol - they say they only take the money when the goods are despatched, and as the gels aren't in stock till the end of this week it makes sense that none of us have paid yet.

They told me 10- 15 days and they phoned me at home, pretty promptly, if they have been swamped(i suspect they have) then its likely to be longer than that.

Just had e-mail saying they never received first e-mail, yeah right, asking for my details which i sent with the second e-mail, the e-mail they replied to!!
So dont know whats going on there!! Sent another e-mail again with all details on, but suppose they wont get this one either :mad:

Strange people if they said they never received the first e-mail then you should of said or try "Rather strange you should say this because I have sent you this email on the (You state date and time) other wise would of bounce back to me there for it did not according to my host server. There for you have got the email why do you lie?. I can easy ask for my host server which is............. to claim the email was sent on that date"

............ place this your host server full name. Best to Email rather than phone your host server about the date you send that email to the company ask your host for a record of the email sender. This may be worth a try never done this my self but could help you with the order. Then copy and past what your main server said to the letter interesting stuf. Good luck!!!!!.

I also have only had order confirmation 2 mins after placing my order 7 days ago ... NOTHING since and no money pending on my credit card either .... Dont think its looking good for me on this one.

Cant complain though good bargains at boots have more than made up for it this week !
