Good news I email Yves Rocher enquiries rather than phone them this what they said to me:

"The 'Comme Une Evidence' shower gel is currently out of stock, as soon as this product is available your parcel will be despatched. Payments are normally debited once the parcel has been despatched.

You should receive your parcel within 7 - 10 working days and I do hope that you enjoy using your Yves Rocher beauty products."

So looks like have to wait for an extra week more since the offer took place glad I order mine early morning!!!. There suprise "shower gel is currently out of stock"!!. Let us pray should be looking forward very much, happy!.

Oh no I am going on holiday on Friday and wanted it before I went !!!!! Never mind it will be nice to come home to !!!!

I've for got to add something for everyone who order the free samples you may need to email NOW at ONCE to enquiries.yruk@yrnet.com and ask for: "Marianna Yves Rocher Beauty Advisor" because I have order three lots of the smaples and they qouted me the "customer number" which was two orders out of three if you spend over say £7.
If you don't have a customer number may not get your free products this may due to the product is out of stock or internet error on their site. Good luck at least you know where you stand. :beer:

I ordered £25 worth minus a £10 off code = £15 0rder!!
I e-mailed them on saturday, and still havn't had a reply!!

Yes if you don't get a reply email them again until you do I was suprise when they email me!!!. I even mist out the word "ME"!. The letter is so cute!

I been to check my online bank account notice from my orders don't seam to be cleared?. I don't mind waiting for the products but I would of thought be cleared by the bank by now over the past five working days?. Could you let know what's happening with my orders?.
