I cant remember getting an email in the past from them when goods are dispatched, the parcel just arrives. They aren't always the quickest of companies at sending out the stuff, but do send goods within a reasonable time frame.

So dont panic just yet

Just rang them and they have no record of me placing an order even though i have the order number. They are looking into it and said someone will contact me.
She tried to get me to reorder over the phone, but i said as they have already taken my order and CC details, then surely they should track down this one.
Hope that helps anyone.
She said the order genarally would have been with me days ago.
Think they have been inundated with requests.

Hmmm, wonder how many other orders they have no record of? I've just been on the website and tried to log on and it doesn't recognise my email address. Doesn't bode well does it?
