Placed a bog standard order myself for a few items (couldn't find the freebies). I checked my credit card yesterday and there was no indication of anything going through, or even pending. As others are contacting them I'll try and be patient and will wait for your results. No point in everyone bombarding them.

Just had a phone call. They located my order and i should allow 10-15 days.
Will wait and see now.
Keep your order confimations as the telephone operators have no access to online info it seems.

They often take a while to debit your cc, so this isn't anything unusual. I had my goods delivered long before they took any money.
