They often take a while to debit your cc, so this isn't anything unusual. I had my goods delivered long before they took any money.
    Thanks Seven

:wall: i can't stand the wait
  • I haven't had any money debited either yet, and also haven't received cash back from Greasypalm. Yves Rocher said on my confirmation it would be 8-10 days delivery so I guess this will be back end of next week.

I have a funny feeling that this was too good to be true, but saying that, I did order handcream, so surely they won't ignore the order??? Have to wait and see!! I'm keeping on eye on this thread, to see if anyone has had any luck on a response or their goods delivered. Good to see everyone is keeping everyone else updated, Thankyou!!

    Thanks Helen21,

I was hoping to get these in plenty of time, as, if the free surprise gift set is any good, it was going to be an extra something for my mum-in-laws bday present, which is now only 2 weeks away. The handcream I placed an order on, I could really do with as I go through so much and at £1.20 a bottle, with added Arnica in is a Bargain. Placed order in Hubby's name as well, wondering if we will get 1 of the orders, never mind 2 of them!! Driving me mad waiting!!

Well I've had TWO Greasypalm cashbacks, which is interesting - I didn't get a confirmation email from Yves Rocher the first time, so re-ordered, and did get an email.

Not bothered if I get 2 orders arrive, as I needed the stuff (well, I didn't NEED the freebies ...).
