    I have sent them an email asking when it will be despatched but I havent had a reply.

    I can imagine they're waiting for the flotilla of ships carrying the shower gel to dock.

    Do you have a spam filter? Maybe they're trapped in there. They replied really quick with me.

    Yes i am using that address, got confirmation of order and that is it!!
    No spam filter!!

    Did you record the email?. Try to record the email next time - try again untill you get a reply...... Worth a try to ask them "Could you let me know of my customer number is?". :o:o:o

    I wonder how many ships the company use?!!!!!! :rotfl:
