I spoke to them and they have charged me £5.20 a bottle which is what they are selling them at today's price. I ordered 4 as I felt 9 was a bit over the top. I am glad I did now. And I didnt get a mystery prize or my cheepo lipstick. Feel doneover

Hi All

I have just phonesd them about my order, and to be honest she told me exactly what i had ordered and i did not mention the 9 freebies, but she did say there was "a free shower gel on the order" didn't like to push it incase i blow it for others, but think it a bit like one hand dont know what other hand is doing. Anyway gonna phone me back later or tomorrow!!!!!!!! Will keep you all informed but can say i asked how much will i be billed and she came up with same price as order confirmation!!

She said that there was only one free per person and my confirmation said £3.80 and I got charged £20.80 I hope your not all thinking I am telling lies. Its the truth anyway you can check the website. I am just saying be careful may be mine is a one-off

They cant legally charge you more than the orginal receipt. They can however not honor the deal, as no money as yet changed hands they could just say pay the difference and or refuse the offer.

They have charged my credit card and its over to billing dispute. Just be careful you lot and check. Please dont get at me youd be cross if I hadnt said anything at all.

no one is thinking your lying and grateful for your help but as you seem to be the first to experience this problem we only asking for how you have handled it and what they have said so that when we/if we get the same hassles we know who to contact and mabey what to say

Has any one got the gels free yet over one?. looks like I am off to trading standards in a few days time and complain against miss leading price guide prices.. :mad:
