Now they are saying my order wasnt £25-70 so could not use the £10 discount code, said the toner was £3-60 and not £6, told her my e-mail confirmed it was £6 and she said it was only £3-60 on her order. Told her i would send copy of my e-mail confirmation at £6 and this is not my problem. Guess what - Yeah she will phone me back
Now i starting to get p****d off with them

How infuriating!!!!
Oh my god, they haven't half messed you about. This is disgraceful, regardless of how much money you spend with them, but in your case, you had ordered a lot more stuff than the majority of us girls, can't believe they are messing around with your order after nearly a fortnight of emails and phone calls. guess we won't be placing any more orders!! Good grief, I'll have passed over to the other side(probably where the goods are being sent from!!) by the time these orders arrive, never mind needing anti wrinkle cream :rotfl:
No wonder you are getting mighty p****d off. I'm joining you there!!if you cant have what you want, be grateful for what you have :T
Pickle number 3 arrived 24th december 2007 :A0 -

Has anyone else had this happen. I've no time just now to trawl through all the posts this week and had a look at the last couple of pages and don't see problems. Help, what do I do next?If I had known then what I know now . . .

I getting all confuse!. You have the right to use £10 discount code in the first place. I would rather email them so you can have more ever dunce rather than the phone.......
I am waiting for my sixth email from them!. This time I am complain about where it stated about the One free item on their web site.......... and how do I know what’s in the parcel.

Hi HighlandLassjazzyjustlaw wrote:Be careful you lot. I received my shower gel and was charged 11.60 per shower gel. Apparently only one is free and my lipstick that I ordered so I could have free p&P was out of stock. So if you paid by credit card you want to check your bill!!
Jazzy posted this last night, warning us. Bytie not long ago, posted, Yves Rocher had said to refuse the orders when they arrivve., but this is obviously too late to do. I would Email them and play hell!!if you cant have what you want, be grateful for what you have :T

Can't believe they have just left it on your doorstep, back entrance or not!!
I'd complain about that aswell if I were you. Say how disgusted you are, when your confirmation says FREE showergels. If they didn't want to honour the offer, then they should have just sent the 1 showergel, and emailed you to say why.
God, after all this waiting, I'm not so sure I want the parcels to come now. I got an email yesterday saying that my order had been despatched and my amount of £4.10 had been debited. That had better be all and no more. placed order in hubby's name aswell, so god help us if i'm charged 2 lots of £48, cos I bought the same as you!!
Just checked online statemnt, still no money been taken. Getting seriously naffed off :mad:if you cant have what you want, be grateful for what you have :T
