Check in from me. Hope you are feeling better Cat. If it's any consolation I'm back at work tomorrow and can feel my stress levels rising too. No migraine but all my usual symptoms
have kept it at bay for a while but a few things mean it's back, hope I can get rid soon. Not helped that again today there are some things that only I'm bothered about - they bother me and when not quite right it increases my stress. However, I know that for some it just doesn't bother them - I need to learn to deal with that too.
Sorry, I'm windging, I know people have much bigger problems.
I've done well on my list today, so that helps. Off to have a relaxing evening and do some meditation

put kettle on stove for free hot water, put water in flasks if boiled before ready to use and refill kettle, water used for making hot drinks (we drink plenty of these, cooking rice, pasta etc, washing up etc)

Looking after what we have (cleaning, repairing, maintaining)
Empty toaster crumb tray
Hob - clean
I have finally made porridge, I've made enough for most of the week :j

Yesterday was a NSD and I spent £1.10 on pudding today after OH cooked a lovely roast dinner
Poochy has gone to stay with the ex for 2 nights so we're lost off
Bathroom and ironing pile vanquished
Recycling and bin taken out
OH has baked some bread and I've got some ready to have with my soup at work tomorrow
Didn't do the 4 hours overtime so I have to make sure I do the full 10 hours next week
Poochy had a nice run up the hill this morning - really windy ( the weather not poochy!)
Bedding changed
Read some of my book (still reading Game of Thrones)
