Many thanks for that Kantankrus, very interesting reading :T

Has made me re-evaluate my strategy, and hopefully it will be easier to get where I want to be with Neobux in the coming months.
Now hoping to become Golden in 4 months, with points being what purchases it :)
Unless I should win it with an ad-prize :p lol

Pleased it was of use..:D Good idea about using points as it makes the best use of them.

I am hoping to never have to buy golden again by saving points.

If it wasnt for the unlimited holiday breaks it gives you.......Im not sure I should be rushing into ultimate but it seems its the way forward if you want the long term benefits with neo.

Are you doing any tasks Barry?

No, no tasks yet Kantankrus. There hasn't been any available since I joined. So I've just concentrated on clicking ads, and looking at the occasional points offers on the ad walls.
Hopefully they'll keep up the amount of 0.005 cent paying ads going for a bit longer yet! :D

    Hi all.

Just noticed that there is a quick promo right now on neobux (ends 31st August 18:00 server's time):
Renewal discount on referrals for all memberships:
    30 days: 8%
    60 days: 13%
    90 days: 20%
    150 days: 27%
    240 days: 32%

Glad that I decided to hold off extending my RRs to see if any discount appeared before they needed extending. I wont get all of the RRs I've bought since going Golden extended with this offer (just bought another 20 yesterday), but will get the vast majority extended for the 240 days.

    Hope everyone is doing well.
Keep meaning to find time to read that link that KM posted above as I'm sure I should try and develop a better strategy for recycling RRs.

Many thanks for the heads-up Gromit :T

I have a few R/R's that I was going to wait till the weekend to extend, but I will do it today to save those extra pennies :money:
  • Hi Gromit and Barry.............seems the thread has dwindled to us three. Maybe the kids being off school is keeping a few busy.

I put my £20 that I made from inbox pounds into neo to make use of the promotion.

I have 70 odd days now before any more need extending so hope to save to make the most of the halloween promo.

Im a bit mad with myself  was skimming through some of the stats pages on neo and came across a bit of info on the visualisation filter. Ive never really took any notice of this before and think it could help loads with deciding who to recycle.

Will look into this more next week as I have a busy few days coming up.

My averages have been dismal despite doing a bit of recycling so anything that helps with that has got to be good.

Hope the Golden membership is going ok Gromit? :D

    Hi KM.

Yeah, doesn't seem many of us on the thread. I'm up in Scotland, so schools are back in with us - 3rd week back for my daughter. Just starting to get back into a routine again (until the next holidays - October).

I know I've seen something about a visualisation filter, but can't tell you any more than that about it :rotfl:
Perhaps I should also think about finding out about it. lol. Another thing to read, when I get a minute.

Managed to extend 63 out of my RRs by 240 days. :D
Now only got 17 RRs with less than 30 days. Next closest is 162 days, so a good while off.

Since becoming golden, I've bought 80 RRs, so now at 130 RRs and as I said above only have 17 of them under 30 days, so quite pleased with that. Don't want to overstretch myself, so at present just extending by 20 RR per week.
Oh, and I've also turned off the auto-pay since becoming golden.
Still feels a bit strange not having golden as my aim. Think for now I'm aiming to get to 500RR and have them all extended by 240 days before I decide what next.

    How's your ultimate quest going?
