3.5 months 'dating'...

Is it reasonable to expect an invite to his sibling's wedding in another 2 months time (we'll have been dating for 5 months)
I think I am miffed as I know people will be trying to 'matchmake' him... especially as he hasn't told his family that we are dating.
So I guess I don't know if I am upset that I am not invited to the wedding or that he hasn't told his family about us.
I've tried broaching both the invite to wedding and the fact he hasn't told his family and I get no response.

Has his sibling met you?
Have they arranged their wedding really quickly? I imagine numbers were probably arranged quite a while ago.
Would you want to go when you don't know anyone.
I invited a cousin's and sis in law's partner, they're no longer with my cous and sis in law but on my flipping wedding pics.
Don't think its unreasonable not to get an invite.
But more of a worry that he's not giving any answer re you meeting his family, maybe focus on this with him (without reference to the wedding)August 2016 GC £249.70/£150

Why does this matter? Are you worried he will go along with it?0 -
How can you expect an invitation when his family do not know of your existence?0

How can you expect an invite if they don't know about you? It seems very strange that he hasn't told his family about you though.0

Yes, I agree ... the problem isn't the lack of invite but the fact that they don't know that I exist.
Just needed to hear the voice of reason!

No, I don't but I equally don't like the idea of people trying because they don't know of my existence.

I've not met any of his family -as he's not mentioned me - so you're right, I wouldn't get an invite - unless he was to mention me / request an invite ... I agree it's not unreasonable not to be invited - I guess the real problem is that he's not mentioned me.

That must be very hard.Probably this wedding has just brought things to a head because if he had told his family about you then no doubt you'd have got an invite.
It's very rude of him to not even discuss it with you.0 -
Will his invitation be just for him or will it have a plus 1? When he gets the invite is the time to complainLost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

I'm not sure if he will actually get a physical invite - he's been involved in helping plan other bits and pieces so I suspect he will just be expected to turn up.
